Extra, extra! Religion reduces crime

Catholic Culture : On the Culture : Give me that Old Time Religion…to reduce crime

"Professor Byron began his article by noting that if the studies generally showed the opposite—that religion or church-going contributed to crime and delinquency—the press would be all over the story, and a Federal commission would doubtless be established to make sure Americans were officially notified that religious practice is deleterious to your social health.
Funny how it doesn’t work the other way."
Norway terrorist Breivik was an ardent subscriber to theories of 'Cultural Marxism'
A propose of the mad man killing rampage in Norway the above article is an interesting reminder of something we all knew; religion actually decreases criminal tendencies in people. Now of course secularists, pagans, atheists will be touting the Norway horror as an example of "Christian" terrorism. Never mind the mad man is also a Mason (does this mean that Masons and masonic ideas are a breeding ground for terrorists?, no of course). What do you think?
